Requirements

  • Recruiters and agencies must have a current, written agreement authorized by the Director of People Services to be considered an approved vendor.

Nice to have

  • Candidates must have a high school diploma and a minimum of five years related experience of MDOT or MDOT Local Agency Program inspection utilizing FieldManager/Book.
  • HMA and concrete experience, a thorough understanding of MDOT-let contract requirements and a valid driver's license are also required.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work well with others.

Skills

  • 5+ years of related experience required
  • HMA and concrete experience required
  • A thorough understanding of MDOT-let contract requirements and a valid driver's license are also required
  • SESC/Storm Water Operator, Concrete and Density testing certification is preferred.
  • All staff are encouraged to share ideas and suggestions for innovative technologies or processes to adopt.
