About the role

  • You do need to understand the domain well enough to translate it - to walk into an engineering conversation, extract the signal, and turn it into something a seller can use in a meeting tomorrow.
  • Make it simple, repeatable, and field-tested.
  • Revenue Responsibility - Take ownership of the commercial performance of the sales motion you enable.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement & Field Support
  • Build and maintain the core k0rdent Enterprise pitch: positioning, messaging, use cases, pricing explainers, and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner directly with the sales team; show up to customer meetings, support discovery calls, and help close strategic accounts.
  • Own the talk track. Make it simple, repeatable, and field-tested.
  • Engage analysts, write technical content, and build the external narrative around k0rdent Enterprise.
  • Develop and maintain a clear point of view on the competitive landscape - Rancher, Red Hat, SpectroCloud, Rafay, hyperscalers - and keep the field armed with current intelligence.
  • positioning, messaging, sales enablement, decks, talk tracks, competitive materials, analyst engagement, and direct support of customer-facing sales teams.
  • You will be the connective tissue between what we build and what the field can sell.
  • You do not need to own the technical roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, product marketing, or GTM roles in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record enabling sales teams - you've built the decks, written the playbooks, and been in the room when deals close.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU orchestration use cases.
  • Familiarity with Cluster API, GitOps, or Kubernetes-native policy tooling.
  • Background working with or against Red Hat, VMware, Rancher, SpectroCloud, Rafay, or hyperscaler Kubernetes offerings.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you built GTM from scratch.
  • Why work for Mirantis?
  • Shape the future of platform engineering with a 100% open-source, enterprise-ready solution.
  • Join a collaborative, globally distributed team that values innovation, autonomy, and impact.
  • What does Mirantis offer you?
