About the role

  • Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company with offices in Australia (HQ), Belgium, Japan, Switzerland, and the United States.
  • You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

Responsibilities

  • This role drives the full lifecycle of client engagement-from solution design and business planning through operational execution and ongoing support-ensuring projects meet technical, regulatory, and financial objectives.
  • Lead executive-level engagement with hospitals, imaging centers, and private investors to develop customized service models and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop P&L ownership for the Service Solutions division; establish revenue targets, pricing structures, and margin optimization strategies.
  • Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and service professionals to deliver best-in-class client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects including PET/CT installations or nuclear medicine
  • Demonstrate the ability to bounce back from setbacks and persevere in the face of challenges
