Responsibilities

  • Implement effective classroom management strategies, routines, and rhythms to foster student responsibility and attentiveness.
  • Maintain and update the grade book on the school's server for parent accessibility and transparency.
  • Collaborate with other educators to integrate reading strategies across different subjects within the logic school curriculum.
  • Maintain updated lesson plans and curriculum maps on the school's server for consistency and accessibility.
  • Team Each member of our team is essential to building a thriving culture that sees and calls out the image of God in our students and in one another.

Requirements

  • Assist with assessing incoming students to determine grade-level proficiency.

Compensation

  • Employment Type & Compensation Employment Type Full Time Salaried, Exempt- 40 hours per week Sick Pay 72 hours annually accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.

  • Classroom Instruction & Homeroom Responsibilities Serve as the Logic II-III Co-Homeroom Teacher, setting the tone for a structured and nurturing learning environment.
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the classical education philosophy.
  • Organize and manage a structured, orderly, and visually beautiful classroom to promote a peaceful and effective learning environment.
