Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional coordination to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
  • Partner with leadership to shape and execute operational strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
  • Build, coach, and develop a strong leadership bench within the facility
  • Monitor operational costs and manage departmental budgets
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, safety, and internal standards
  • Demonstrated success building and leading team-based organizations
  • Here at Home Market Foods, we're looking for a hands-on operations leader to drive performance, efficiency, and team development across our manufacturing facility.
  • In this role, you'll oversee daily operations while partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and build a high-performing, accountable team.

Requirements

  • Ability to walk production floors, climb ladders and stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently required to stand
  • Off-shift and weekend work may be required to support breakdowns, shutdowns, or project execution.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • The physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those required to perform this job's essential functions.
  • High school diploma required; degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline preferred

Nice to have

  • High school diploma required

  • 7+ year of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (food or CPG strongly preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus

Compensation

  • $135,000/yr. - $165,000/yr. based on experience and qualifications
