About the role

Act as a true investment professional who can credibly stand in for the portfolio managers with major institutional clients and consultants, retail due-diligence teams, large financial advisor audiences, etc.

Work with PMs to develop/define/refine investment philosophy and style.
Develop materials (presentations, white papers) which validate style attributes.
Develop materials to help set appropriate client expectations and retain assets when style is out of favor.

Broad knowledge of the investment environment, economic trends, financial markets and competitive trends.

MBA and/or CFA Charterholder preferred.
Minimum 7-10 experience in the investment management business, work experience as an Institutional Portfolio Manager preferred.
Experience working with institutional clients, consultants and managing portfolios preferred.

MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
