Responsibilities
- dcbel is looking to hire a Lead Product Design (UX/UI) to work in dcbel's Product Team.
- It combines hands-on product design with system-level ownership, ensuring every interaction feels consistent, intuitive, and reliable as the platform evolves.
- Beyond day-to-day design, there is meaningful room to drive direction, elevate standards, and influence how experience is shaped across the organization.
- Experience leading a small team of designers to deliver coherent, development-ready assets in a fast-paced environment
- Experience contributing to or building design systems and scalable interaction patterns
