Responsibilities
- Whether it's residential support, respite care, peer support, or employment assistance, our team shows up with compassion, patience, and the drive to make a real difference.
Requirements
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
- Attend required trainings and maintain compliance with Medicaid and company standards.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Active CNA Certification required Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs is highly preferred.
- A valid Driver's License with reliable transportation and insurance to travel to client homes or community events.
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed, and work physically demanding tasks (specific lifting requirements may vary).
- Strong communication skills -both verbal and written-and the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
