Responsibilities
- Develop long-term relationships with clients based on ability to add value - advising, supporting, and coaching the client.
- Scope, plan, and manage assignments, leveraging resources for maximum profitability.
- Manage assignment budgets, anticipate and communicate budget issues, identify opportunities to improve assignment profitability, prepare billings, and assist in cash collections
- Share and transfer knowledge with team members and develop a network of resources within the firm to facilitate the sharing of this information.
- Provide Senior Associates and Managers with guidance, coaching, and support in career development and area of specialty.
- Support the Principal team in developing, driving, and participating in initiatives to recruit talented people by identifying resource requirements, participating in career and recruitment forums, conducting interviews, providing time to speak with potential candidates at career forums, and keeping in touch with candidates.
Requirements
- You are a licensed CPA with a deep knowledge of accounting strategies and at least 10 years of experience.
- You enjoy helping clients and sharing knowledge with your co-workers when you encounter a unique situation that requires you to research and solve a client's problem.
- You are looking to advance to Principal and help grow your firm.
- 10+ years of related experience
