About the role
- As the organization continues to evolve, SRCC is seeking a Manager, Claims Preparedness and Crisis Management to strengthen the organization's operational readiness for major incidents.
- The ideal candidate is a proven operational leader with significant experience leading complex claims management, crisis or emergency response, or large-scale operational coordination in high-pressure environments.
- The successful candidate combines sound judgment, strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to translate strategic direction into practical, operational solutions.
Requirements
- A university degree in public administration, business administration, emergency management, insurance, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in both official languages is preferred, and the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.
