About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer files
  • Create customer invoice and approve payables
  • Ensure accurate data entry and document upload into the system

  • Minimum 3 years' experience handling Exports (air and/or ocean) or combination of education and expertise required

  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of US customs laws, practices and procedures
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience with aerospace or aircraft engine export shipments, including familiarity with industry-specific export regulations and documentation, is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required, additional languages preferred
