Responsibilities
- Build relationships with carriers to secure transportation for customer shipments while monitoring deliveries and quickly resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and departments across the division to optimize all shipments in the ITS Network.
- Build relationships with carriers to thoroughly execute on customer requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to accept constructive feedback to make long-term changes quickly.
Nice to have
- 0-8 years of professional experience preferred (entry-level position - we invest in your growth from day one).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment.
- Proficient with MS Office Products (Word and Excel).
- College degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sales, supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred however not required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented.
