Responsibilities

  • Manage department personnel and operations, including staffing, training, workflow analysis and performance management.
  • Manage staffing to ensure appropriate allocation and compliance with goals and objectives.
  • Develop, monitor and implement programs to enhance customer service, enhance skills and improve scope of service.
  • As Department Manager IV for the Cancer Research Program, you will manage department operations by overseeing staff, workflows, and daily activities to ensure efficient performance.
  • This position will provide leadership for the cancer research programs at Weston and Martin while helping to build and expand the program at Indian River.

Requirements

  • OR Master's Degree and five years of experience
  • Must be able to walk to attend meetings
  • Ability to clearly communicate by phone and in person.
  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
