Deliver all financial reporting, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses on a consistent monthly basis Evaluate the monthly close reviews for each client - validating balance sheet integrity, reviewing P&L trending, monitoring AR aging, and flagging financial risks before they become problems.
Apply the Law Firm Growth Accelerator Model consistently across all client engagements - using its framework to assess performance, advise on staffing decisions, and guide partners toward sustainable growth.
Collaborate with the bookkeeping team on shared clients - ensuring clean, timely books are delivered as a foundation for CFO-level analysis each month.

Must have multi-client experience - candidates with only single-entity backgrounds will not be considered.
Must be willing to operate exclusively within the SMB Financial OS and standardized EOP framework Must be detail-oriented with a track record of accurate, timely financial deliverables.
Must have the ability to advise law firm partners on strategy based on financial data.
Must have expert-level skills in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
5+ years of accounting or finance experience, with strong proficiency in financial statement preparation, cash flow management, and budgeting.
Must have managed 5+ client files simultaneously.
Non-Negotiables: Must have multi-client experience - candidates with only single-entity backgrounds will not be considered.

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online - QBO ProAdvisor certification a strong plus.
Experience with Clio or other legal billing software preferred.
