Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using flow automation and Operations Orchestration platforms to replace manual operational tasks
- Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code and configuration automation with Ansible across Linux and Windows environments
- Provide L2/L3 technical support
- Own monitoring, analytics, and proactive alerting to detect and prevent outages, automating remediation where possible
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks to improve reliability and release velocity
- Write and maintain scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python) to extend automation flows and support system administration
- Collaborate cross-functionally, manage project timelines, and consistently meet deadlines
- Provide L2/L3 technical support; investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Years of experience 1.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Bring cross-functional adaptability and a working knowledge of AI-assisted development tooling, comfortable shifting between projects and priorities as the business demands.
