- Acts as the owner‑representative Project Planner / Scheduler for capital projects, responsible for the development, integrity, and predictability of the project schedule across all phases of execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (L1-L4 as appropriate) covering Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
- Establish and maintain robust schedule logic, constraints, milestones, and interface ties.
- Integrate long‑lead items, early works, and execution packages into the overall schedule.
- Maintain schedule baselines in accordance with governance and gate approvals.
- Own change traceability from approved scope changes into schedule updates.
- Identify and maintain the true critical path(s) and near‑critical paths.
- Perform schedule forecasting using progress trends, logic impacts, and production assumptions.
- Validate progress credibility and resolve inconsistencies.

Skills
- Construction sequencing
- Engineering deliverables and maturity
- Long‑lead procurement logic
- Practical experience supporting schedule recovery and mitigation.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable challenging inputs while maintaining collaborative relationships.
