- NEW Operations Planning Manager The Operations Planning Manager is responsible for maintaining the balance between customer demand and operation's capabilities.
- Sets up and strives to improve systems for future Raleigh state to include increased volume and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Support Lead Team objectives such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Engagement and EBITDA.
- Responsible for leading, coaching and developing our scheduling and logistical teams.
- Manage offsite warehouse and logistics between plant and warehouse.
- Customer's drive for reduced lead times.
- Manages results through others and effective personal productivity.
Requirements
- The team member is required to be able to perform the above tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to accurately observe correct paths of travel and areas for product placement.
- Must be able to communicate and exchange information with teammates.
- Must be able to operate office equipment including desktop computers, handheld devices, photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines, and voicemail systems.
- Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, squat, climb, reach, grasp, grip, carry, and maneuver around an office and the production floor.
- Must be able to work on manufacturing production floor and able to wear all required safety equipment.
