Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role needs, align on candidate profiles, and apply market insights and hiring best practices to deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
- Build sourcing strategies by leveraging inbound, outbound, referrals, and creative approaches.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships through timely communication, thoughtful follow-up, and a high-touch, candidate-first experience.
- Manage job postings, pipelines, and candidate data in the ATS with strong attention to detail.
- Own interview coordination, feedback collection, and hiring decisions, ensuring efficient, fair, and consistent processes.
- Own ATS hygiene and recruiting tooling, leveraging automation and AI where appropriate to ensure accurate data, clear pipeline visibility, and scalable workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment.
- Comfort adopting and experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies, personalize outreach, automate repetitive work, and improve recruiting effectiveness.
- You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment, confidently pushing back when needed, maintaining a high bar for talent, and shaping a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an ATS
- familiarity with Ashby is highly preferred.
