Responsibilities

  • Maintain testing rosters and certification records in institutional systems
  • Testing & Exam Support
  • Document exam outcomes and maintain secure testing records
  • Maintain accurate certification documentation within CampusNexus and related systems
  • Support reporting related to certification readiness and student progression
  • Partner with Academic leadership, instructors, Student Success Coordinators, and Career Success teams to support certification progress
  • This position is deployed at campuses where student population size warrants dedicated certification administration support.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in student services, certification administration, academic operations, or a related role
  • Verify certification eligibility and manage required documentation

Nice to have

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and certification timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain testing integrity and confidentiality
  • Additional Requirements
  • Proctor certification eligibility or related training may be required depending on governing body regulations.

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this position is $28-$29 per hour
