Responsibilities
- Maintain testing rosters and certification records in institutional systems
- Testing & Exam Support
- Document exam outcomes and maintain secure testing records
- Maintain accurate certification documentation within CampusNexus and related systems
- Support reporting related to certification readiness and student progression
- Partner with Academic leadership, instructors, Student Success Coordinators, and Career Success teams to support certification progress
- This position is deployed at campuses where student population size warrants dedicated certification administration support.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in student services, certification administration, academic operations, or a related role
- Verify certification eligibility and manage required documentation
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and certification timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain testing integrity and confidentiality
- Additional Requirements
- Proctor certification eligibility or related training may be required depending on governing body regulations.

Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is $28-$29 per hour
