Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis of cash flows, job cost tracking and project funding.
- Create financial reporting packages that include property cash flows, construction completion, valuations and loan sizing's as well as property and borrower/investor analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers and third party vendors/consultants to organize and facilitate funding and draw requests with various capital sources.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong emphasis placed upon your record of teamwork, communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Prepare and present monthly Project Performance Review reports as required by management.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA/MBA preferred
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Timberline software a plus
