Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis of cash flows, job cost tracking and project funding.
  • Create financial reporting packages that include property cash flows, construction completion, valuations and loan sizing's as well as property and borrower/investor analysis.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers and third party vendors/consultants to organize and facilitate funding and draw requests with various capital sources.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong emphasis placed upon your record of teamwork, communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Prepare and present monthly Project Performance Review reports as required by management.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA/MBA preferred

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Timberline software a plus
