Responsibilities

  • Manage manpower needs: coordinating shifts, approving overtime, requesting supplemental help as appropriate.
  • Manage material inventory min/max and adjustments as needed.
  • maintain and enhance the shipping/pick-up process.

Requirements

  • Technical proficiency with various machines and software related to labels production.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 45lbs-50lbs.
  • 3+ years of similar experience.
  • Equipment: minimize downtime and maximize productivity, following minimum required maintenance schedule.
  • Cultural fit-ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on needs.
  • Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
