About the role
- Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments.
- We're looking for a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our ever-evolving Genuis® team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
- Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach,and local networking.
- Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius® helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.

Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services. (minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience)
- Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners and earn trust quickly.
- A proven ability to upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.
- If you are made a conditional offer of employment and will be working in the United States, you will be required to undergo a drug test.
Nice to have
- Experience working with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
Compensation
- Base Salary pay is $40K+
- Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.
- Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-120 plus
