About the role
- Oversees information technology related activities within assigned scope of responsibility for one or more major functional areas within the information technology arena.
- Provides high quality, cost effective, and efficient systems and service delivery to meet current and future demands.
- Monitors industry trends for applicability and technology direction.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and effective use of IT services, tools, and platforms to support business objectives
- Lead service reviews with internal teams and MSP partners to monitor performance, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify, analyze, and implement opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and operational efficiency
- Monitor service performance trends and provide reporting and insights to support data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (Applications, Infrastructure, Network, Service Desk) to ensure end-to-end service delivery
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of IT services and technology solutions aligned to business needs
- Provide guidance and oversight across operational, financial, and partner management activities within assigned scope
- Deliver user enablement through training, communication, and support of IT services and tools
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and translate business requirements into IT service solutions and priorities
Requirements
- Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
- Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Nice to have
- Multiple functional domains
- Typically 6+ years of experience in IT service delivery, business relationship management, or IT operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, or a related field from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
- ITIL certification, PMP, or equivalent preferred
