About the role

Responsibilities
- Directly supports the Executive Chef, Asst.
- The cook ensures that the kitchen and equipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
- Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.
