Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud network infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Application Gateways.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance using native Azure tools and third-party monitoring platforms.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other network engineers and support teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Azure Cloud engineers, Active Directory Engineers, Server Administration, and Information Security teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • This role focuses on the design, implementation, and support of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud networking solutions-primarily in Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in cloud networking (preferably Azure).
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco networking equipment is preferred.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls (especially virtual) and Cisco networking is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise networking, cloud architecture, and security.

Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Azure networking (including hybrid connectivity solutions)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in IT service management environments.
