Responsibilities
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions by conducting due diligence, preparing documentation, and coordinating cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and active bar membership.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in either Law firm and/or corporate in-house handling complex legal matters and negotiating contracts associated with capital intensive business matters.
- Ability to assess complex legal issues, provide sound advice, and make strategic decisions
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle and advance multiple projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
- 5+ years' experience in a related industry
