About the role
- You will operate as a forward-deployed product owner embedded with customers-responsible for identifying high-impact problems, designing AI agent workflows, and driving them into production.
- This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and design workshops: Uncover pain points, map processes, and define clear problem statements and success criteria
- Design agent workflows: Translate business needs into structured agent behaviors, requirements, and system logic
- Coordinate delivery: Manage sequencing, dependencies, and timelines to ensure steady, predictable progress
- Manage risk and quality: Surface risks early, propose mitigations, and maintain high delivery standards
- Drive iteration and outcomes: Monitor performance post-launch and refine solutions based on real-world usage
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments
- 4-7 years of experience in customer-facing or hybrid roles (product, solutions, implementation, consulting)
- Experience leading discovery sessions or workshops and translating business needs into structured requirements
- Strong execution skills with ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML products, automation tools, or workflow systems
- Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or agent-based systems
Compensation
- Salary for Agent Product Manager roles range from $160,000–$235,000, depending on level, experience, and location.
