About the role

  • You will operate as a forward-deployed product owner embedded with customers-responsible for identifying high-impact problems, designing AI agent workflows, and driving them into production.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and design workshops: Uncover pain points, map processes, and define clear problem statements and success criteria
  • Design agent workflows: Translate business needs into structured agent behaviors, requirements, and system logic
  • Coordinate delivery: Manage sequencing, dependencies, and timelines to ensure steady, predictable progress
  • Manage risk and quality: Surface risks early, propose mitigations, and maintain high delivery standards
  • Drive iteration and outcomes: Monitor performance post-launch and refine solutions based on real-world usage

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments
  • 4-7 years of experience in customer-facing or hybrid roles (product, solutions, implementation, consulting)
  • Experience leading discovery sessions or workshops and translating business needs into structured requirements
  • Strong execution skills with ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML products, automation tools, or workflow systems
  • Background in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or agent-based systems

Compensation

  • Salary for Agent Product Manager roles range from $160,000–$235,000, depending on level, experience, and location.
