About the role
- As a key member of the TA Leadership team, you will set strategy and direction for recruiting across the Advanced EV organization—developing, implementing, and monitoring the full recruiting process. You'll build strong relationships with HR partners, engineering/technical hiring managers, and external sources to drive efficient, full lifecycle recruiting
