About the role

This position is responsible for creating Discovery packages and reports for Nexxen clients across both pre- and post-sales stages, delivering data-driven recommendations and activation-ready insights based on Nexxen's Discovery technology.
This role will be based in the Los Angeles, CA office.
Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

The Analyst, Discovery works cross-functionally in a sales support and strategic role.
Build high-quality, insight-driven Discovery packages that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for pre- and post-sales engagements
Lead end-to-end analysis, from framing the business question to delivering insights that drive client decision-making and campaign performance
Partner closely with Sales, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams to support RFPs, client strategy, and ongoing account growth
Support and participate in agency and client meetings as the Discovery lead, positioning insights as a key driver of performance and differentiation

2+ years of experience in research, data analytics or data analysis
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft tools

BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $80,000 - 100,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus.
