About the role

Process payroll from end to end, including timecard validation, employee data maintenance, payroll calculations, deductions, direct deposits, and paycheck distribution
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently for a large, multi-state workforce.
This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per quarter.

Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, address changes, and direct deposit updates
Respond to employee payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support government requests such as wage verifications and garnishment orders
Develop and deliver payroll-related training, resources, and process documentation to support employee understanding and compliance
The Payroll Analyst serves as a key liaison between Operations, Human Resources, and Finance to support timely payroll processing and an exceptional employee experience.

1-2+ years of payroll, accounting, finance, or related experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Associate's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience processing payroll and maintaining confidential employee information preferred
Knowledge of payroll systems, payroll compliance, and reporting preferred

The expected California Pay Range for this position:
$27.34 - $30.42 USD
