About the role

Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, upgrading, and maintaining the Cloud Control Plane.
- Developing and iterating new user-facing features, such as auto-scaling, backup recovery, security enhancements, diagnostic optimization, and observability.
- Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in developing platforms or backend for commercial or open-source applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields is required.
- Advance proficiency in Golang, Java, etc., and a deep understanding of technologies such as K8S, database systems, and distributed systems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP IaaS, VPC, and network infrastructure is a plus.

- Ensuring that users of cloud products have a stable and reliable product experience.
Compensation
- The base salary for this role is projected at $160,000 - $240,000 annually, plus eligibility for PhoenixAI's bonus and equity programs.
