Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of administrative support experience required.
- Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in higher education and/or student services is highly desired.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
- A combination of education and proven experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
Nice to have
- Associate's Degree required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Skills
- Administers course scheduling for the department.
- Assists with admissions process.
- Coordinates or assists with program events.
- Monitors undergraduate student academic progress along with BHCI Program Manager.
- Provides backup support for Academic Program Managers.
- Provides support for assigned program related faculty.
- Processes program expenses, purchasing requests and other accounting related transactions.
