Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for the functional design and development of application systems across a variety of technologies and platforms.
- Additionally, you will offer technical leadership by developing detailed steps and processing logic to ensure that system specifications align with business objectives.
- Strategic Development & Execution: Perform and coordinate complex solution design activities.
- Understand the business requirements and translate them into system and application design that is aligned with our technology roadmap.
- Design and document the technical functionality, infrastructure, interfaces and integrations.
- Lead the design of cost-effective and innovative solutions to meet both business objectives and the goal of operational efficiency.
- Perform and coordinate complex solution design activities.
- You can demonstrate 6+ years' experience in overall IT with production support.
- Experience building and integrating with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs; knowledge of different Single Sign-On implementation is an asset.
- Should have experience in handling production support for Tier 1 application.
Requirements

- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, GitHub Actions and Artifactory is advantageous.
- Very strong knowledge of incident, problem and change management process.
- Experience in Azure components like Azure ADF, SQL MI, Azure NSG rules etc., basic AI knowledge for automating tasks will be an added advantage.
- You are passionate about being on top of technology trends.
- You know that relationships and networks are essential to success.
- You can easily adapt to new tools and trends.
- You have a degree/diploma: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Technical discipline.
