Requirements
- Minimum 3 years front-line insurance experience
- Customer service experience with a passion to provide prompt and professional service
- Familiarity with Applied Epic would be an asset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- OTL License (Agent License) or Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario License (RIBO) to be changed to OTL
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A detail-oriented mindset
- College Diploma in a business subject would be considered an asset
