- Your role at a glance As an IT Solutions Architect Application Management, you will play a key role in managing and evolving a modern, global application landscape.
- You will be responsible for a flexible and continuously changing set of enterprise applications supporting critical business processes across regions and functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full application lifecycle, including onboarding, enhancements, integrations, operations, end-user support, training, and decommissioning
- Design, develop, and oversee system and information integrations across the enterprise application landscape
- Identify and drive opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Maintain clear, structured documentation and support audits and assessments
- Perform other tasks as assigned in line with the role and organizational needs

Requirements
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
- Must be reachable via telephone, text, and email on a 24x7 basis.
- Some travel as required.
- 3+ years of experience in application management or enterprise IT environments
- Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions and development / implementation of integrations
- Knowledge of IT service management and application lifecycle management
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- You are open to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving application environment
- You enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, including business users and technical teams
- You are proactive, adaptable, and continuously looking for ways to improve systems and processes
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage
Nice to have
- Experience with corporate application administration, ideally in areas such as HR, GRC, Legal, or related corporate functions (a plus)
Compensation
- Base salary for this position is $129,600 - $160,000.
Benefits
- A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.
- All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
