- Azzip Pizza's Shift Leaders are exactly as the name implies - leaders.
- Shift Leaders are very hands on, but they are also more than just super-Team Members.
- Essential Function An Azzip Shift Leader ensures the continued success of the store when the GM or AGM is not present by ensuring employees and customers have positive experiences.
Requirements
- They aren't just expected to supervise a team, but they must be able to motivate, influence, and help the entire team contribute to the success of the store.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Nice to have
- With the additional expectations, Shift Leader starting pay is $17.65+ per hour including $14.65 per hour base pay plus a $3 per hour tip guarantee.
