About the role

  • The position is Grooming Channel Manager.
  • The mission is to grow all facets of our grooming service line across the Digs portfolio and all brands.
  • This role reports to our Director of Growth, who works remotely in North Carolina, while the VP of Growth is based out of Dig's Chicago HQ.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to stand up The Digs Way of grooming and bathing, attract and develop talent to maintain and grow the service line, and constantly audit and improve our grooming activities along the way.
  • After one year, you can join our DigIn Shared Ownership Program because we believe the people who build Digs should share in its success.

Compensation

  • $70k-$80k

  • Total compensation for this role falls within the range of $70,000 - $80,000, which includes a combination of salary and an annual bonus.
