About the role
- The Client Development & Engagement (CDE) Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the CDE Litigation team in support of the Firm's Litigation, Investigations, and Regulatory practices.
- An integral member of the CDE Litigation team, the successful candidate, will help support practice initiatives, cross-practice collaboration, with a particular emphasis on the Firm's litigation clients and practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Litigation CDE team, broader CDE team, Litigation partners, and select professional staff across the Firm in implementing CDE team strategies and requests.
- maintain and communicate professional and community services and related client alerts
- Maintain website content, Partner biographies and other Client Development and communications materials across multiple channels
- Support the Client Development team with development and maintenance of promotional marketing materials in support of the Firms client development initiatives
- Prepare and maintain promotional materials, such as brochures, practice area descriptions, rankings and quotes, varied advertising, posters, flyers and other promotional materials
- Manage data for the Firm's CRM system
- Support practice-specific daily docket-tracking efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of relevant business experience
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a highly competitive and demanding environment
- Demonstrated introductory knowledge of full range of Business Development skill set
- Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Nice to have
- Major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Pre-law, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a law firm, marketing or professional services field preferred
- Some familiarity with experience databases is preferred
- Familiarity with litigation tracking tools (e.g., Bloomberg Law, Westlaw, CourtLink, LexisNexis, Courthouse News, or similar) is preferred
- Experience updating/maintaining website content preferred
- Demonstrated experience using a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system preferred
Compensation
- NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 at the time of posting.
- This role is non-exempt meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
