About the role

  • This position operates telephone business systems equipment or switchboards and paging systems to receive and route all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
  • This role will supply information to callers and record messages and also has responsibility responding to alarm systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains current listing of all department staff telephone numbers, including emergency numbers and on-call staff. Maintains accurate daily call schedule and informs other departments of daily call schedule changes.
  • Manages office supplies and orders supplies, as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be HIPAA compliant.
  • Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Nice to have

  • Prior switchboard experience, preferred.

  • $20.67 - $24.37 USD
