About the role
- This position operates telephone business systems equipment or switchboards and paging systems to receive and route all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
- This role will supply information to callers and record messages and also has responsibility responding to alarm systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintains current listing of all department staff telephone numbers, including emergency numbers and on-call staff. Maintains accurate daily call schedule and informs other departments of daily call schedule changes.
- Manages office supplies and orders supplies, as necessary.
Requirements
- Must be HIPAA compliant.
- Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
Nice to have
- Prior switchboard experience, preferred.
Compensation
- $20.67 - $24.37 USD

- Course work in Medical Terminology, preferred.
- Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
