Requirements
- Ability to move and handle merchandise throughout the facility generally weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods operating a forklift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on the season
Skills
- Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
- Ability to effectively work in teams
- Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
- Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work with plant management for required results
