About the role
- We're seeking an Operations Associate to join our stellar team.

Responsibilities
- Provide phone support to high profile Financial Advisors and their support staff regarding Alternative Investment transactions, including subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and document revisions/amendments.
- Field and document anywhere from 30-50 phone calls per day on the Morgan Stanley Service Network via Genesys phone routing system
- Maintain detailed call log documentation utilizing Salesforce CRM software.
- Partner with various teams within Morgan Stanley Client Solutions & Investment Solutions organizations such as Reg D, Transactional Processing, Product Management, Product Development, Platform Solutions, etc. on processing requests
- Engage in Ad Hoc projects that supports various Alternative Investment Operations teams.
- Provide World Class Service to Financial Advisors and their support staff.
- Follow professional telephone etiquette on all calls and handle interactions in a professional manner to maintain caller satisfaction.

Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to handle time effectively and clearly prioritize tasks
- Ability to stay calm and logically work through problems/issues as they arise, often under tight deadlines
- Adhere to required schedule adjustments across the day.
- A self-starter with experience utilizing the Microsoft Office tools
- Customer service oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at a time
