About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Associate to support our client service operations.
  • This role requires 1 - 4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management.
  • The Associate will implement client service strategies, foster client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key institutional clients, including portfolio managers, investment advisors, and decision-makers.
  • Monitor client service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, portfolio management, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client orders and requests.
  • Maintain efficient workflows and procedures for client servicing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4 years of related experience is required.
  • Proven experience in managing complex client relationships.
  • Series 65 license required or must be willing to obtain within six months of hire.
  • 4 years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management.
  • 1 - 4 years of related experience is required.
  • Understanding of the institutional investment landscape, including products, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to deliver data-driven insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with direct indexing strategies, tax-aware portfolio management, and fixed income securities is preferred.

Compensation

  • Concentric's expected starting base compensation range for the position as of the time of this posting is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.
  • The actual base compensation selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) experience, education, specialty and training.
