- As a Senior Product Designer I, you lead the design direction for key product initiatives while directly managing and mentoring a small team of designers.
- You collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products align with user needs and business goals, and you actively contribute to evolving our design system, processes, and culture.
- Translate product strategy into elegant, user-centered design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- We support more than 50,000 businesses and have over 2,000 ambitious, mission-driven, genuinely fun-loving teammates across the globe.
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability to advocate for design
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience collaborating in agile product teams
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows, streamline execution, or enhance outputs
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Proven people management experience, including mentoring designers and guiding design work
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products across platforms
- Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
Compensation
- This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $130,000 - $142,000 + equity.
