About the role

This individual will serve as the connective tissue between manager priorities and audience development efforts, helping ensure that the right allocators are invited, attending, and connected with the right managers.
Participate in manager discovery and preference-gathering conversations
Understand fundraising priorities, target allocations, investment strategies, and desired Retreat outcomes.

The role will develop a detailed understanding of both managers and allocators and leverage internal data, market intelligence, and relationship insights to improve allocator targeting, meeting outcomes, and overall Retreat ROI.
In doing so, the role will help deliver a more customized experience for clients while supporting stronger fundraising outcomes and more effective Retreat participation.
Develop and maintain detailed manager profiles, leveraging the With platform, market research, and AI.
Maintain an up-to-date view of manager objectives throughout the year.
Build allocator target lists and manager wish lists.
Partner with IR team to influence invitation strategy.
In coordination with IR and Client Services, support the preparation of LP and GP briefing documents ahead of each Retreat, continually identifying ways to make this information more valuable to our audiences.
By valuing different perspectives and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration, we drive innovation and power global markets.

In addition, this role will support client retention efforts by developing dashboards and annual reports for clients conveying the value they've received from their engagement with us.
