About the role

  • Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
  • This leader will be responsible for P&L management, business development, client relationship management, solution architecture, and overall thought leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery: Lead the analytics team to ensure the quality and value of services delivered to clients.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to establish market strategy and future direction for the Data and AI Practice.
  • Developing IP & Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends and competition to aggressively grow the practice, create asset-based solutions, and develop differentiated thought leadership that sparks discussion.
  • Develop and manage both existing and new client relationships nationwide.
  • Lead the analytics team to ensure the quality and value of services delivered to clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish market strategy and future direction for the Data and AI Practice.
  • Developing IP & Thought Leadership:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competition to aggressively grow the practice, create asset-based solutions, and develop differentiated thought leadership that sparks discussion.
  • Sales & Business Development: Lead business development efforts resulting in $10M+ annually in sales. Develop and manage both existing and new client relationships nationwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting and/or healthcare analytics, ideally serving providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals).
  • Proficiency with cloud-based technologies, statistical and machine learning techniques, analytical programming languages, analytical libraries, and business intelligence tools
  • Natural leadership abilities, executive credibility, and the capacity to quickly build client trust.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing.
  • Genuine passion for and commitment to transforming healthcare delivery.
  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character - demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior.
  • At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $215,000 to $330,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for commission or an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
