About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including asset master data creation and maintenance, capitalizations, depreciation, transfers, disposals.
This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of asset records in the system, as well as compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
The position plays a key role in maintaining and reviewing Assets Under Construction (AuC), ensuring timely capitalization and proper tracking of ongoing projects.

Perform validations and controls to maintain the integrity and accuracy of master data.
Be able to respond and support auditor's requests, including different SOX controls executed within the team.
Support implementation of new projects from fixed assets perspective.
On the role you will be able to drive standardization and reinforce correct procedures to make sure all the countries comply with the global guidelines.

You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performance
You have a deep natural curiosity, desire to experiment and ability to effectively deal with the heat of change.
Generate fixed assets reports when required, for specific entity/business needs.

Familiarity with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly.
A disciplined approach to meeting deadlines and following up on tasks.
Intermediate understanding of business practices and a professional approach to customer service.
Openness to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
Open to receive and provide timely feedback.
English skills (written and spoken) - 85% minimum. Knowing a third language is a bonus.
Previous work in a Shared Services environment.
A degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
P revious experience in Capital & Fixed Assets roles or their accounting cycle.
