About the role

  • This senior leadership position is ideal for a retired U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) professional with extensive federal construction, infrastructure, and project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth and management of the federal projects
  • Develop and execute business development and market penetration plans
  • Lead capture, proposal, and source selection efforts
  • Support SBA Mentor-Protégé initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve growth objectives
  • The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for federal programs, cultivate client relationships, drive business development efforts, and oversee proposal and project execution activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in federal program management
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes

Nice to have

  • Former USACE District, Division, or Headquarters leadership experience
  • Experience supporting DoD clients
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar federal construction programs
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing
