Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 3 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • By attracting top talent and leveraging cutting-edge technology, we're enabling people to unlock real financial progress.
  • This includes our Credit Line Increase Program (CLIP).
  • But what comes next is where the real progress happens: earning a higher credit line or a better rate, or qualifying for a second card.

Responsibilities

  • You take ownership of your work end to end, catching your own mistakes before they compound.
  • By fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration, we create a strong sense of belonging and support for every team member.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a similarly quantitative field, with a strong academic record
  • A track record of leading complex, cross-functional analytical projects from start to finish
  • Experience guiding or mentoring other analysts
  • Comfort working in SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis
  • You understand the whole card business system, from acquisition to risk to engagement, and you can trace how a change in one part ripples through the rest.
  • You can explain a business problem clearly enough that someone outside your immediate team could follow your thinking.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with credit cards or other consumer lending products
  • Experience helping scale a business in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong SQL or Python skills
  • Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, etc.)
  • About Mission Lane:
  • It all started with a realization: nearly fifty percent of the adult population in the U.S. doesn't have access to a clear line of credit.
  • Most traditional credit card companies either overlook or overcharge this group because they have less-than-perfect credit scores or no scores at all.
  • We decided this just wouldn't do.

Skills

  • Use AI-driven tools to speed up and sharpen your analysis
  • Adjust our approach as customer behavior and the market change
  • Turn financial data into clear recommendations that grow the business while managing risk responsibly
  • Run small tests in market, then use what you learn to decide where we invest next
  • Guide and mentor analysts working alongside you on the program
  • Present and communicate clear recommendations to senior leadership

Compensation

  • Annual full-time starting base salary range: $140,000-160,000
  • This role is eligible for additional compensation in the forms of participation in our annual incentive and equity programs.
  • Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
