Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations
Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers
Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration
Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
Minimal travel required

Strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with time studies, labor standards, and production analysis
Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience with SAP PP, Variant Configuration, or ERP systems preferred
2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
5 years of related experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement
9 years of related experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
The starting base pay range for this position is $95,161-$130,485and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
