Responsibilities
- Field Leadership & Execution Lead daily field operations on mission‑critical data center projects valued between $25M and $100M.
- Supervise subcontractors, craft labor, and trade partners to ensure safe, high‑quality execution.
- Drive fast‑track project delivery while maintaining strict safety, quality, and schedule standards.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and OFCI/CFCI vendor integration.
- Planning, Documentation & Compliance Develop and maintain detailed field schedules to ensure proper sequencing of work.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and quality records.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and manage Assistant Superintendents to support their development and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, design teams, inspectors, vendors, and field staff.
- Build strong relationships across diverse teams while reinforcing accountability and results.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple trade partners effectively.
Requirements
- Travel Requirement Must be willing and able to travel more than 50% of the time, including extended stays at project sites.

Compensation
- $130,000 - $203,000 Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
